We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, nestled down the hill, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. We were especially impressed with the laundry service, which was prompt and efficient. The airport shuttle, although paid, was convenient and reliable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar, made our stay even more comfortable. The terrace offered a beautiful view and was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries provided were of high quality. I recently stayed at a hotel in Rio Claro, Brazil, and had a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, with simple but comfortable furniture. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings - close to parks and churches, and with restaurants and bars within walking distance.
I did encounter some issues during my stay. The internet signal was weak and spotty in my room and the soundproofing could have been better.

The hotel was affordable and clean, making it a great choice for our romantic getaway. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel, which had a nice variety of options. the location was convenient, with close proximity to parks and churches, and plenty of great restaurants in the area. the stay was pleasant.
The hotel's infrastructure was in poor condition, with noisy windows and a slow elevator. the sanitation was not up to par, there was a bad smell, and the blankets were not fresh.
